I've said this for years. My carbon footprint is smaller by me buying a 99 Powerstroke than anyone who buys a new Prius. Now let's factor in the fact that I run veggie oil and look who's winning!
 
Look at Canada. They will let you convert a car to Propane cuz its cleaner. These crooked old shits that run this country are so busy stuffing oil producers money into their pockjets they wouldnt even consider that is an ecological improvement

that's exactly what I'd do if I were VW.
Send 'em elsewhere, there the regs are looser. Call it a day.

Doesn't fly here b/c they can't get the road tax from you if you just buy canisters of propane
