Grading issues - buying/selling skidsteer?

Wondering what you guys think of this. I need to do a bunch of work at my house. We have about 5 big pine trees that need to come down. I plan on having them dropped and a portable sawmill cut them into lumber for me to use if I want to expand my shop or whatever. It is way cheaper that way.

Three of the trees have damaged my driveway. One I don't think I need to fix the driveway at, but one is completely destroyed the driveway to the point that I need to tear out about a 20-30ft section of the concrete. The third is in the gravel part and has made a mound that I drag my trailer and low cars over.

On top of it all, the grading at my shop is terrible. I have started to get water issues as the trees are maturing and the way the dirt slopes towards the shop is getting worse.

I am thinking of maybe buying a skidsteer, something functional but affordable, that I can fix all this crap and regrade and spread out some fresh gravel. Then resell and either make my money back or maybe even make a couple bucks. Is this a good idea, or an absolutely horrible one?

Buy @jeepinmatt's T190, use it, by that point I will hopefully have my FIL convinced to sell his New Holland LS190, then sell us the Bobcat.
That's some solid advice that I can't argue with :D
