Grand Wagoneer Electrical problem

My 1988 Grand Wagoneer has some issues. Nothing electrical will work (horn, radio, interior lights, ect...) will work unless the truck is running! WHY?!?! any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Does it start on its own? I.e. battery not dead.
 
That'd be an ignition switch if I had to guess. You may be able to adjust it on the column to play around with it. The horn should work no matter what though unless its been rigged up.
 
Yea it cranks on its own (when the starter selonoid works lol). The horn doesnt appear to be rigged. But Ill try the ignition switch. Thanks!
