i have a beater 89 wagoneer that i would like to lift, but i dont want to burry a lot of money in. i have some 33 trxus swampers layin around i would like to put on her. any suggestions? how much trouble is an s.o.a.?

SOA is a lot of trouble done right. If it a beater and you want cheap go with an add a leaf in the front and a 2in block in the rear. With this and fender trimming (more in the rear than the front ) you can run 33s.

SOA seems cheap till you get into high/crossover steering

I have seen 33's fit if you trim all the way to the wood line
Narrow track Wag's just don't fit tires like the wide track Cherokee and J-10

If you're gonna wheel that NT on 33's it'll take a 4" lift and a lot of trimming.
AAL's won't get you there and longer shackles up front will screw up your steering geometry and handling.
Go with Rusty's 4" front spring/rear block kit and then break out the plasma cutter.
