I picked up a set of 31" TSL Super Swamper Radials a couple weeks back and two of them are slick. The other two have quite a bit of tread. Is there anyone in the area who can groove two of them to get more tread out of them for me? Will any shops in the area do it? Thanks for the help!

Not sure how groovable those tires are with that amount of tread. A $60 ideal heated knife/tire grooving iron will do the job, because there aren't a lot of places that groove tires. And if they do they will probably charge you about the cost of the heated knife. I would let you borrow mine but you are a good ways away from me. There isn't a lot of tread to work with there so you would be running the risk of digging down to the cords. But its up to you.

So they're not worth grooving?

I wouldn't imagine you'd get any more than 2 or 3 16ths before you hit the cords .
I think you'd have a hard time findin anyone that would cut new grooves in those for less than 40/tire ....it's a tedious and time consuming job that you're better off doing yourself if you're looking to save some money.
