Only thing is you may have less tread to work with than its bias ply brother, so just be careful about going too deep. Other wise no, go for it. Make sure to post some pics of how they turned out.

Be careful when grooving your tires...Don't go too deep. Jusr remember that the deeper you go.....The less tire you have left, easier they are to puncture.
