A circa-'60s insulated reefer trailer (reportedly from Guilford/United Dairy's fleet)
The refrigeration unit, duals, & landing gear have been removed...

35' Long x 8' Tall x 8' Wide
Exterior 90% AL/10% steel (std rear barn doors & single side door = door frames/banding)
Interior 90% AL/10% 3/4" plywood (floor)

Complete and new a 53' would have weighed around 19,600...I'll sya that one was closer to 15k
-1000 for the reefer
-500 for the landing gear
-6500 for the dual

Net 7,000lbs
Add 2500 back in for absorbed moisture over the years....I'm at 9,500

I'm going with 8560.

My trailer is about the same size, but steel and with crap inside. Weighs 11.5k "empty".

We're playing "Price is Right" rules.... right?

Your trailer walls aren't 4" thick fiberglass and the wood hasnt absorbed ridculous amounts of moisture....but it does have axles.
FIL owns reefers...the odler ones were notoriously heavy as shit....and supposedly the water absorption was a huge issue, though I dont fully understand it.

What brand trailer
