I was there when they shut down divarty. Spent 6 years with 3/319 AFAR

Good deal. If you decide to stick around and not retire that’s one of those jobs you can probably name your assignment afterwards. You’ll be dealing with enough brass on the regular to get you where you want to go. Try to encourage your guys to schedule ranges in the Manchester and Macridge impact areas as much as possible. It gets all of the neighborhoods pissy going north up 87. We had a neighborhood site when I lived there and people that moved from other posts were always bitching. I enjoyed stoking the fire with stupid comments. Depending on what base they moved from they might be unfamiliar with the sounds of freedom. Artillery, low flying helos and 130’s get them all stirred up. Good luck man!

It’s bad! When I get out I’m going to have to go to a place like Arnold did in Total Recall and get an alternate Brian put in so I can stop all the damn lingo and acronyms.
