Gulches bounty hill, post up videos

Who's going to the Gulches for this weekend bounty hill, pretty big cash purse. Looks and sounds like a heck of a climb.
Post video if anyone goes please. I'll be going within few weeks so wanna see what it takes lol
 
I wish I could go. Already flopped on that hill. I got nothing for the competition.

There was a video on fb. Guy asked if he could keep going... was that him?

That was me. Didn’t make it but had fun trying...and my properly built cage did what it is supposed to do (twice). They blew the horn as I was rolling over, but when I landed it, I felt like I should be allowed to keep going. I ended up laying it over in the same spot I rolled.

There were only half a dozen people in the park yesterday. I left at 3:30 and at that point I think only me and 1 other guy tried the bounty hill. That’s a big hole on the right side. It’s a tough hill when it’s dry. Should be interesting today with the rain late yesterday.

Looks like you are out of bounds in that first picture. Assuming the red tape is out of bounds. Saw that on the video and figured that is why they blew the horn.

You are correct in that the red tape marked out of bounds; however they didn’t rule me out due to not breaking the tape. They may have thought I broke the tape when it came up with my tire.
 
28.12 is the wining time. Only 3 made it up from what they are posting on FB. No video’s yet

I saw the video on FB, freaking made it look stupid easy LOL
 
For the guys that have been, planning a trip to gulches in few weeks. Can you take your time and enjoy every trail in one day or is 2 days better?

I have hit every trail in a day. It was not busy though. If it's busy you get around a lot slower. It's only about 80 acres but it has a 400' elevation change from bottom to top if I remember correctly.

Lately they've been pretty busy so guess I'll plan for a weekend adventure out of it. I'm slower on the challenging stuff anyway since I built my rig to crawl so takes a little more finesse to get that "crawling line"..try anyways lol
