Gulches?

Small crew of us want to go to gulches soon, seems like a lot of trails there (a lot of trail names anyway) so can gulches be ridden in a day or should we plan on 2?

Depending on how crowded it is. I have been there and rode a full day and missed some trails/obstacles due to the crowd. I always plan at least 2 days if not 3 to be on the trails when I go.

Gulches is a lot of fun, but is pretty small. Like said above, you can do all the trails in one day if it's not crowded. That said, you can easily fill up a weekend there and stay challenged.

There are several trails worth riding several times over. I usually burn a good bit of time on death valley, the hill climbs, TNT rock garden/heart breaker.

Plus all the time you spend watching others and talking to people and or helping people.

A good group of us are going out for the thanksgiving weekend. Some are getting in Thursday morning bit we'll all be there fri-sun, lots of locals and some buds from ga and 5 from fl. I'll be in a black ZJ on SX's/red beadlocks if you are out there then.

This was a write up I did last year when I went. Maybe it will help a little. I read this over and laughed at myself haha.

It's a very fun place. Small, but lots to do in that small area. It's a blast and I look forward to going back. Skip is a great guy!
