I swear I would have lost it if he grabbed a few cans of Skoal from behind the counter and started throwing Ninji Stars.

The clerk is just damn lucky that the robber didn't have the balls/desire/lack of compassion for human life to pull the trigger, or that sword would have been about as effective as his name badge at protecting him.

Absolutely, but I don't think he ever actually had a weapon. I could not see one in the video, it just said he "indicated he had a gun" which could have just been him saying he had a gun with his hands in his sweatshirt pockets which is how it looked. Either way, not worth the gamble.
