They are worth buying if yours are H4 and they are burned out. Ive got them in my TJ and ZJ, upgraded reflectors and harnesses, and they make a ton of difference. Replaced my stock TJ headlights with cheap JCWhitney reflectors and bulbs, they were maybe a little better. Then I bought some Sylvania Silverstars, and they were really pathetic. THEN, I bought IPF reflectors and quality bulbs, and they are absolutely awesome.

I went with the Hella E code lamps and 100/55W bulbs package and they are great.
I've been using them since 2006 and haven't had a problem with inspection or popo.
