From a sequential standpoint, the commies are right. Though in my opinion it should always be year/month/day.

Googled this earlier...and google says this is the first time in 909 years that both dd/mm/yyyy and mm/dd/yyyy formats are palindromes. 12/12/2121 will be the next, then we’re looking at 03/03/3030. Thought that was pretty cool info.
