got a 2004 f350 which is all stock. Im noticing that its getting harder to steer especially when a stand still. Didn't know if there are any tricks" or suggestions of ugrades I can do to ease the stiffness. I have no steering stabilizer and I have flushed and changed ps fluid. thanx

My 04 was the same way..with 35s. Once I started rolling it was easy. Backing long trailers was a bit of a chore when I had to fight the wheel. Talked to some with stock trucks and they had same problem. Nature of the beast maybe.. leaf sprung front end and with a diesel adds a lot of weight pushing down on tires. 05 and up went to a coil spring/ radius arm setup and I've drove one on 37s and could turn lock to lock with one finger sitting still. But on to your problem, grease everything good, jack front end up and cycle lock to lock to bleed steering system..might have air in the system maybe google search for a high flow steering pump/box or maybe add hydro assist

maybe get an oversized pulley.

My 04 steers hard. But, I think my ball joints are starting to finally go, finally at 296k miles :D

Wouldn't you want an undersize pulley so that it spins faster and therefore pumps more fluid at idle?
