Posted a resume up there some time ago and received a message today...

"Hi Andrew, if you are still job hunting, would you consider Australia (Resource Sector)? Sponsored Visa 457. Top $$ etc. If so, please email me at: ***** for more information. Yours sincerely, ****** (Professional Search Agency - Australia). NB. This is a free service for candidates."

Is this legit? Im a little hesitant to respond, the email address I was sent to contact the person is a gmail address...which seems a little odd to me.
 
sounds like a scam to me. Does it even give a company name?

You could always make up a new gmail account, and respond from that. Nothing to lose by inquiring... or finding out more about how the scam works...

It does, LG Consulting. I found that to be a company based in Seattle, some IT based consulting company. I can't tell if they have any need for stuff in Australia though.
