I always wear a hat to help protect me while I'm working under the jeep and it never fails to get dirty.

Call Scott Sills( Mudpro) find out what type,company etc...hats he buys. These are the best fitting hats ever.
No joke. Very Comfy and not too big or small. Lower profile on the forehead. Velcro strap with a hole for pony tails.

I would prefer flexfit but the adjustable back is fine too, just as long as it isn't mesh.

I would wear the Beardo beanie when it was cold "fer sure"................... I'd look like a Canadian Redneck or Lumberjack! and milk it saying stuff like "Eeaahhh", and " you hoser " and .............and my new beard would soon smell like beer and Tobacco spit............instead of just my real goatee smelling that way ! I can see it now..........................someone drives by a whole group of guys ( and gals ) wearing them and wonders WTF! ..............they could be dangerous for smokers though.

I don't know who makes it, but that Snap-on hat that Snappy gave to the volunteers at GAP is a winner. I hate hats, I never look right in them or they interfere with my eyeglasses. This hat doesn't and it's one of those "flex-fit" type ones. Great hat!

Flexfit fitted hat all the way, that is pretty much the only style hat that I wear. Glad I'm not the only one that needs a L/XL though.

Dude, I got an onion on top of my neck. When I go hat shopping, I look like an indecisive woman at a shoe store. Nothing but XL FlexFit fits me.
