i had a freind once who had a scholarship from ferrari to go to their formula 1 race school. night before his flight leaves he totals his bmw and gets a dui. needless to say ferrari dropped him and never looked back.
 
so whys the stuff being auctioned?

I guess I still dont get why hes selling it all?
 
Far as I can tell from what I have seen in the sporting news. Is that he is tapped from the legal battles with Nascar and his step mom. Supposedly his step mom killed his dad and made it look like a suicide. So he sued here for wrong full death. Then tested positive for meth by Nascar's random testing (which he know about), and he says is cause of a different med he is taking that is legal. Then his step mom gave a statement to the media that she saw him doing meth, Come to find out Nascar paid her to say it. She has had her issues as well. Following racing growing up and recent he doesn't seem like the type, but who knows now a days.

Either way it seems like a messed up situation.

Jeremy spent all his money and his late Father's trying to prove that he is not guilty. He had written statements from doctors as well as witnesses stating that the med did cause drug positive for Meth.
I had a friend on that stuff and Jeremy wasnt. There is a long history of this case that I have followed for Im a huge race fan. Sadly you dont know it or you would not call him an idiot.
he rubbed Nascar the wrong way and his career was over and Nascar made sure of it.

I agree with ya. I don't think he was on it. Just wasn't sure of all my facts.
 
His step om talked his dad into stopping taking his anti depressants despite 3 previous suicide attempts. She even flushed his meds when he wanted to ressume them, within a month he killed himself.
Pretty good case there.

My take, for what its worth, Jeremy is not a meth head but is/was a recreational drug user. Both meth and cocaine, as was his former party buddy Brian France...Brian France and Rey Evernham had several business deals together (outside of NASCAR)...when Jeremy caused a stir about married Rey boning 18 year old prodigy female driver Erin Crocker (now his wwife)....well it was bad for business and cost Brian and Rey a lot of money. brian wwanted revenge and as Dylan said what NASCAR wants NASCAR gets
 
It's a beautiful piece of property, drive by it every day and think "damn, if I ever won the lottery". I work about a mile from there and have watched that place go down hill, then figured something was up when they started cleaning up, and organizing about a month or so ago. He has alot of cool toys there, I'd like to be able to buy some of the tools and such, but as high profile as he is, nothing will be a great deal i'm sure.
