headers

If you're looking for more "oomph", you'll get a ton more out of a re-gear than a header swap.
For what it would cost to install a header to gain MAYBE 10 horses at 4k RPM, a gear swap would improve driveability at all RPMs.

Lemme know if I can help. Tilley has my number.

HEADER WRAP COMMENT!
packaging is the bitch of the situation...fwiw, I'd recommend the Clifford '6=8' header.. it's a 6-2 split setup

I'm running the banks torque tube headers on my 4.0 TJ, they have cracked though. I think there's a lifetime warranty on them though

im just using a oem replacement s/s exhaust manifold w/ the expansion ports. just port n polish and imo thats all you need. all the banks will get you is 1-2 horses more than oem and something shiney under the bonnet.
