heims for custom radius arms

theres 40 billion ones to choose from and i dont know where to start. what does the the 18, 24, 36 mean on the end of the specs for the heim and what heim do yall prefer for a radius arm going on a 95 f-150 sas under 70 bucks?

Those Summit Joints with threaded rod (assuming it is high quality B7 stuff and not the lower quality steel version) should be about $45-50 each.
