I set a goal for myself at Christmas. Get down to 225 lbs and be in better shape when I graduate college than when I did when I started. Considering I started in 1998 after playing three sports in high school, and had many years of bad habits, I had some work to do.

I started eating healthy (not going to call it dieting, it is just eating more healthy and smaller human size portions!) and exercising my ass off.

Started at 257, as of this morning I was 224. I have dropped from a 42 pants to a 36, none of my clothes fit, and if I miss a morning of exercising it bugs me all day. I am in the best shape of my life and feel great.

This Saturday I am going to FINALLY be graduating. So two big goals achieved. :)

Congrats dude!!! I know you feel a lot better. I am about to venture down that road. Tomorrow is my stop smoking date and also to start losing weight date. I'm ready to start, just worried I won't accomplish it!

Just stick with it man. Just remember, even if you fall off for a few days it doesn't mean it is over. Failure is only a reason to try harder. :)

Hell yeah man, Im 228 going for 260... and its harder to gain the weight the right way i feel than to ever lose any but thats impressive for sure congrats to healthy living!!!
