Do not come back home without trying thier Barbecue!!! Went to Uraguay two years ago, I still mouthwater thinking about the grilled steaks!
If you imbibe, I suggest trying the Cachaca. Aged is the preffered choice. Quilmes beer is not to bad a choice either.

I have been to the Amazon. I have a friend in Sao Paulo who is a doctor. Eat everything you can. They have the best foods I have ever eaten in my life!!
