HELP!!!!!! Grand Cherokee anti theft/ security system help!

PLEASE HELP!!! I disconnected the battery to change out a bulb in the front end- and the service manual says to dis-connect the battery before doing so.....NOW I'm beyond Fu$%^d! As soon as I hook up the battery again the headlights start flashing and the security light ( inside ) also flashes! I didn't even know this damn thing had a security system!?!?! The service manual says NOTHING about what to do, or how to re-set it. I do NOT have a keyless entry remote to push and even the service manual says nothing about it!?!?! ANY HELP? I'm at my wit's end!!!!!!!!!!!

Also- it's a 1994 if that makes any difference?

Try to unlock the doors with the key. Drivers disarm switch is most likely broken so go to the passenger door first. Last resort is the trunk latch. Hope that helps
