HELP: Living in Greenville/ Spartanburg area

I have a job opportunity in Greer, SC in the building materials market. I am looking for a room, house, apartment, or even garage space to stay in while I transition to this new position. Rent or lease accordingly. I'd really like somewhere within 30 minutes of Greer.

Ideally, I'd like a heated shop or garage apartment.

me: clean, 28, financially stable, no pets, no woman, no drugs. Can help with duties around property of course.

Just thought I would put this up hoping to find someone with similar interests and extra room in the area, or perhaps you know someone.
