Help me find a used cardboard shredder

I am starting to sell more disc brake kits and I am really trashing alot of cardboard that could be recycled into packing material. I looked on ebay and only found new ones and they are over $1000 which I think is silly. It makes me wonder about getting into the business of making carboard shredders. It wouldn't cost that much to make one.

Back to topic - anyone know where I might be able to get a used one?

would a wood chipper work? or maybe with a little fab work it may work.

No the cardboard shredders just perferate the material to make it into a waffle pattern.
