Help needed... (Page Rd, Durham)

Hey Guys,

Figures that my first post on this forum is a request for help... managed to get my Jeep stuck on the trails off Page Rd/I-40 in Durham earlier today :( . Guess I haven't yet gotten the hang of this thing...

Anyone live nearby with a truck and a winch? Willing to make it worth your while if you're able to help. Please give me a shout if you can: (919) 886-3730

Wow, Johan! Sorry bout that! A lot of your fellow wheeler s were or are at Uwharrie. Probably why U haven't had a rescue. You would of had a great day at Uwharrie, & for the few that needed help,
there were plenty there! I'm too far, + my Jeep is down. Better luck tomorrow, if your not out!

Not good man. Lol. Sounds like your not supposed to be out there anyway. :( if I was closer I would give ya a hand though.

Yea, we had idiots painting rocks instead.
 
I used to hunt alot out there many years ago and it was legal where it was'nt posted. The powerline and the sewerline were pretty nasty in spots but the sewerline runs through/around the edge of a swamp and outside of a drought it was about impassable w any rig or tires, heck it was hard to walk down it w kneeboots on and not get stuck. If he is still there and on the sewer line, he may need a winch w a loooooooooooong cable!! If he's on the land east of Page rd. I think thats NCDOT and semi legal?

Yeah, that's definitely not a legal spot. I work right by there and they are always busting people. They also occasionally put up a berm that keeps people away for a day or so before it gets worn down by people driving over/around it. :lol:

Where are ya'll talkin about? the land between 40, the county lake and I-540? or between Page and Chinpage?
