Rent a termite from a rental. Works out cheaper (especially in long run) to just dig next to it and replace with new. I have 2 under my belt now I can give pointers but I'm too far away also. Make sure the meter is working properly. I've heard tells of meters being the problem all along. Make sure it cuts off and on, could be leaking inside the meter box out of the meter as well?
