Help On 95 Tacoma front Bumper

My friend is wanting me to build a front bumper for his tacoma and i was just wondering what size tube and what would be the best but simplest design to do thanks for the help

do you have any scrap laying around? look at some pictures on google images and then go from there.

id say 55.4 mm unobtanium with 1/4" platinum corner gussets...works good on my truck!
