help setting up axles

ok guys need a little direction
so 78 f150 swapping out the d44 to d60 i have the rear in on stock leaf springs with blocks the front will be coil springs for right now with custom made radius arms
I'm having a problem getting the wheelbase at 117in. in my mind the axle should be center of the coil bucket like the pic attached but it sits at only 115 1/2 inches I feel like this would matter am I wrong? the body is off the chassis right now

If the rear has little to no weight on it that's where you lacking on your wheelbase measurement.

The lower coil buckets do not have to sit directly above the axle centerline. Make some brackets that have them sitting 1.5" to the rear, then the axle will move forward.

well that is what factory spec was so for the body to fit over the tire is why I was saying

ok so this is what I have come up with let me know what yall think
so put stocks back under the frame bolted up with no weight mark centerline of stock axles on the floor then proceed to match up the tons with that mark? I added some weight but apparently don't have enough
