HELP stupid spudder go away!

HELP!!!! I have been researching the crap out of this one. Anywhere from the internet to mechanics and come up with quite a few different possibilities. ok, here’s my problem... when I’m driving off after I start my 99' wrangler sport, ill stop before I get on the main road to work and when I get up to speed, I get this spudder and this backfiring sound. I think it might come from engine compartment. It’s kind of violent sometimes. The jeep loses sudden power and damn near throws me forward. (That’s at its worst though not all the time just slight spudder enough to piss you off.). To counter this spudder and backfiring I mash on the gas and it goes away. I’ve done almost anything I can think of and did what others suggested. I’ve replaced sparks plugs and wires along with rotor cap, I’ve tried a new throttle position sensor, replaced the exhaust manifold with a banks header and upgraded to cold air intake. The last things to think of I haven’t done yet is fuel pump assembly or O2 sensors. Does anyone think it might be either of these? Has anyone had this issue with their jeep? Your guys input is greatly appreciated thanks!
 
Not trying to be smart but fuel pump and o2's would've been two of the first things I'd check. Sounds a little like o2 sensor to me. I've seen Jeeps act like this on the trail when they rip one or some of the wires to the o2 out. I also had one do this to me (but not quite as severe) and it turned out I had a bad connection in the plug going to the o2.

This was happening on mine and I fixed it with both O2 sensors.
 
Vac leak ....... maybe on some hi rpm opening silonoid.

I've had alot of Jeeps come in with this problem. The cause is the heater in the front O2 is not coming up to temp fast enough to read correctly. It doesn't set a code and is hard to see unless you have a good scan tool. Put a front O2 in it and you will fix it.

Makes sense then about his being able to mash the gas to make it go away. At WOT most ECU programs ignore the O2 and map off the MAF or MAP only.
