Help with 94 mopar 360fi's idleing dead when stopping

idles fine while parked only dies when letting off throtle and stopping like when you push in the clutch to stop or gearing down in turn...

I had the same problem on my old dodge. It turned out to be the positive wire that ran from the battery terminal to a power dist. block that was on either the fenderwell or the firewall. That wire was so corroded that I was loosing voltage and the computer needs something like 13v to run right.
