I have an issue with my cooling system, I have replaced all hoses brand new water pump and have had my radiator cleaned and pressure tested. My lower radiator hose keeps colapsing when I rev the engine with or without the radiator cap on. Which is causing my piece to overheat. Please help me!

Is it the right hose? Some hoses need a spring inside to keep them from collapsing....although my cj with the 360 didnt need one...

stuff a spring inside of it (or check fave parts supply place), it sounds as though the water pump draw is closing the supply off.

Put a spring in the bottom hose. By chance has the thermostat been removed?

Got a flex hose and shaped one collapses both and yes I got the thermostat removed because I was trying to get the running temp down.

I would run some cleaner through it and after it is rinsed out good go back with a 185 degree thermostat. See how that does.

I have flushed system 2x with cleaner and I got a 180 and 160 thermostat both are brand new. I will try putting one of them back in and putting a spring into the lower hose any suggestions on where to get a sturdy spring to stick in it?

Most hoses come with the spring I'm not sure if a parts house will sell the spring only.
