Help with lift size

I bought a new truck a week or so ago. It is a 86 4wd k20. It has a lift but I can't tell if it is 4 or 6 inch. Is there anyway to tell. Could I measure springs or anything. The reason I ask is the front driver spring is sagging. I want to replace but don't know what to buy.
Thanks for help
Matt

What size tires and how much clearance?
I and a few others could give you a real good guess.

But to "match" you should plan on replacing both front springs, they ddo sag a bit over time.

it has 35's but also has a body lift. it clears them pretty good. I think guy before had 38's on it. I will try to get a pick tomorrow and I am replacing both front and plan to have leaf pack beefed/redone in back. I am thinking it has a 4inch lift.

here are some pics of truck what do you think I think 4 suspension and 2 or 3 body

WAG here, but I'd say 4" sus. plus body lift.

hmmm, depends on how much its sagging but it doesn't look like a 6" so I'd also guess 4" suspension and 3" body. But I mean If your ordering new springs anyway you can order whatever size you want.

You can run 40x17" Gumbo Mudders on the road with just 6" of suspension lift, no body lift, and no fender trimming as long as you don't take it offroad ;)

yeah I'm not looking to lift more just to fix up. once fixed up it will be used to tow my trail rig.I bought for 800 and it has new crate motor in it so I thought was good deal even though it does need some work. I'm not sure if him hitting a deer would make spring sag or not but It is the corner it was hit that sags. I will probably get 4 inch if it is wrong I'll just send back and get other but I do agree that it looks like a 4 but wanted some others opinions. Thanks for the help fellas.

No prob, If your usin it as a tow rig you will definitely need to do something about the rear springs, beef them up big time. Air bags are your best bet thou.

yeah I have a set of 1 1/4 ton springs but not sure if I want to try them or put air bags on it. air bags would be nicer but 1 1/4 ton springs are already at the house I am also converting to rear disk brakes.
