could anyone explain to me why this:

is only showing the web address and not showing the pic? i know i can just upload the pic from my comp but i figured it would be nice to figure this trick out too.

right click the acteul picture on that page and scroll to properties. in properties you will see what the acteul address is for that pic. which is

http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a393/mgbolton/Truck/14 Bolt/finished-gearsandbrakes.jpg

resulting in (with image tags)
