Help With Profile

Im trying to make an album i went under the faqs page and found the steps to do it and it tells you to go to the user control panel so i did then click on the pictures and albums link and theres no link to be found

It MAY be because you aren't a supporting (paying) member, yet. IDK, I just tried and had no issue starting an album.

Or possibly underage user.
