Help Yj auto to manual

A little help please,I'm switching a Yj from auto to manual. Do I need to which the Computer?
The reason I'm asking is, the swap is done and now the fuel pump will not run now ?
Any help or advice ?
 
Fuel pump must be unplugged or wires to it were severed. Or the crankshaft position sensor got fubarred. Auto and manual trans have nothing to do with fuel delivery. You should be fine with the stock ecm from auto to manual.

Is that for the 4.0 or 2.5 I am wanting to switch from mantel to auto and looking for a transmission for a 4.0
 
My vote is cps issue, it should be on top of the bellhousing slightly toward the driver side. Make sure it's installed correctly and the wires weren't pulled out
