Ok so I’ve got a car form va still marking payments on it but I live in nc I’ve got.a tag from a different Vehicle can I just transfer that tag to the car or what do I have to do

You're going to have to go top the DMV anyway ..... best thing is go ask them.
AFAIK, Unless you traded, you can't transfer .... you'll have to turn in the old tag and get a new one.
