HELP!!!!!!!

front diff seal leaking around drive shaft

I have a 89 cherokee the front diff seal keeps leaking around the drive shaft were the drive shaft goes in the front diff . Didn't put gasket seal around it advance auto said I didn't need to
 
Caps lock is not necessary, you use it in every post. Also, naming your post something other than HELP with lots of !!! doesn't describe what you need help with. A proper thread title would be "Front diff seal leaking, need help"

Now, where is the seal? Where the diff meets the housing, or at the flange of the diff?
 
Its the seal were the front drive shaft goes into the front diff

pinion yoke seal?

I have a hundred questions but will be nice. and just ask did you change this yourself?
 
yes i changed it myself . i dont know what its called i just know its the seal were the drive shaft slides into the front diff. its a round metal seal with a rubber ring in the center were the drive shaft goes through it and it leaking at the bottom of the seal
