Got a call a few minutes ago from a female friend. She's been wanting a lifted jeep or 4 runner for a while.
She says she is test driving a 98 Cherokee sport, and its all over the road. Wants to know if its a simple fix. I ask if its lifted, etc... She says yes its lifted but doesn't know much.
I told her to pull over and take some pictures of the suspension...
That's when the horror begins.
That pitman arm... Wtf.

Asking for a lawsuit... Jeebus
Soon as I got the first picture I told her to take it back and run away.

Right tire wore more than left but obviously all tires matched at one time. There's some sort of an alignment problem more than anything causing it to squirrel.

Yeah, but that became the least of my concern when she sent me the pictures. The dealer actually still tried to sell it to her after she pointed out the problems.
"Yeah, so make me an offer" the guy says lol.

Only has 117k miles on it and its a 98... I would love to have that in my stable.
I'd be tempted to offer him $1000 cash and then swap parts off my other xj... Except I don't have that $1000 right now lol. Damnit.
