I have done this to an douche who parked a dually in a front row spot and took up 2 spaces.
My Samurai is small enough I was able to squeeze in and still be centered in my space.
Not only could he not open his door, he had to wait until two cars behind him moved so he could back out.
I was in front of the rear dually fender on the drivers side.
