my girlfriend worked/somtimes still works there and if someone steals from them, and they see it, they arent allowed to say anything to them, chase them, nothing. they arent allowed to even call the mall police. they just have to call the "limited" clothing brand HQ and report it.
the way they run the store, they are just asking to get robbed.
