Anyone within a reasonable distance able to bend some tubin' into the shape of a capitol "A" for me? I want to use it in the center of my roll cage to reinforce the roll cage a bit.

I'll git a better pic...........

Hey Don,
I have a 16ton hydraulic pipe bender that will go up to 3in? I think? I'm not sure how tight a bend I can make with it, just played a little bit when I first got it, but I know it will bend black steel boiler pipe lol. We can try........

Send a pm to Unbreakable on here, he lives in Granite falls and bends tube like no body's business.

Is it going on the b pillar behind the seats?
Worked 12 hour shifts Fri,Sat and Sunday so I forgot to get a better pic.
Bottom two legs to each frame rail behind the front seats. Top of "A" to the center cross brace of the roll cage. I'll do the final fitting, cutting and welding. I haven't got a bender yet.

PM sent.........thank's!!!

why bend?
Why not 2 straight pieces that meet at the upper hoop?

That's an option, but simply for the looks, I was wanting the bent tubing.
It seems like the bend would weaken the structure.
To fit the bent section to the main hoop that is already there, you would have to weld the bend directly to the hoop, or cope it out to fishmouth it to fit. If you have to fishmouth it, most of the bend is going to be gone.

It's a secret project.................after I'm done, I'll post up pics.
