High angle Yota U-joints?

stock minitruck u-joints can go to ~40°.. how much more do you need?

Are your joints in phase with each other? If not it can cause the vibes, what are the angles at each end?

If you're not running a double cardan joint at the t-case, then your pinion shouldn't be pointing at the t-case... it should be parallel to the angle of the TC output.

make sure you are using the taller of the toyota yokes (more distance from the bolt flange to the center of the ujoint cap)...there is s shorter one and a taller one. I was breaking the shorter ones (mini-truck) every trip out on my front square shaft (CV on tcase end, just yokes on the axle end) until i swapped to the taller one (ifs i believe) and i never broke one after that.
