The indexability of the case will help, but the amount of clearance between the body and t-case is what limits you. I ran a fully flat skid with 2" bodylift and both an NP231 and then a Dana 300 in my TJ. There really wasn't any extra room, maybe 3/4". I would imagine the Stak is taller, but you could probably do a flat skid and 1" bodylift. If you really want to find out, drop the stock case, and jack up the t-case until it hits the body. Then see how low the front output hangs below the frame, and compare that to how low the stock skid is.
