High milage xj: what to replace

I have a 1998 Xj with 180,000+ miles I just started to drive again after its been sitting for over three years. It runs great with the replacements I have already made.
My question is what should I replace before it breaks.
I have already replaced:

• Oil change Dec 09
• Battery Dec 09
• CPS Dec 09
• Distributor cap and rotor Dec 09
• Spark plugs and wires Dec 09
• Fuel pump Jan 10
• Cleaned Neutral Safety Switch Jan 10

I am planning on:

• Flushing the radiator/block
• Replacing the serp belt
• Replacing the valve cover gasket
• Replace exhaust manifold(mine's cracked)

I forgot to add I'm going to change all other fluids in the next few weeks, ie axles, transmission, transfere case, and brake fluid.

Change your fuel filter. Check your rear main and oil pan for leaks.
