Noticed yesterday when I was at a friends shop, the newer Ram trucks have a drivers drop, high pinion Dana 60. I am sure it's unit bearing, but have read of folks changing it over. Thinking these also have the metric pattern, wonder what all would be involved, and if conversion kits are out there to change it over to u-joint, or RCV's, with a standard 8 on 6.5 pattern?

I don't know that Dodge has changed lug patterns... Ford is 8x170mm, new GMs are 8x180mm.

It's probably not a Dana 60 unless they ditched AAM axles. Best I can tell you, it's an AAM 9.25.

What year truck are we talking about?

X2.

Dynatrac & Solid make conversions for the unit bearings on all these trucks. Some folks have figured out how to convert the 2nd gen Dodges from unit bearing using junkyard parts, but not sure about the newer AAM stuff.

The AAM doesn't get much aftermarket support, but shafts/RCVs should be available for them.

I doubt that it's a axle Dana, all the newer trucks have the AAM 9.25, still have the standard 8 on 6.5 bolt circle. DynaTrac has the free spin kits but they are $$$.
