On my Facebook I have high school friends and a couple are total libs. I saw one post that she is "Ready'" for Hillary. I would love to engage her on the situation as I am very politically aware and can hold my ground but my thought was to not be imposing nor agitative.
WTF?! I guess you can't even start a conversation about whats best for the country without alienating somepeople Sad

The sad part is I'm fairly confident this dumbass country will elect her at this point.

I mean compared to Obama's resume, sleeping with the President once or twice a year HAS to be a MAJOR upgrade and they elected him TWICE.

Warren Buffett has gone on record saying that Hillary will win. She is 67 years old. She would be 69 at the time of inauguration.

"If" she wins (I say if b/c I still have hope she won't) it will be b/c of a popularity vote. You know all the tv and radio channels, that are oriented towards the impressionable voting age youth, are going to make it seem like the "cool" thing to do. She will be made to look like a "different" politician, because she's not an old white guy. (Just like with Obama) Hillary's offences towards this nation wont be seen by these voters. Most of which are ill informed, liberally educated, or watch "16 and Pregnant".

...... let that sink in...... people that watch Jersey Shore and Teen Mom hold the future of our great nation by the short and curlys....

I believe that it's every ones right to vote, but I also believe that right should be protected with a valid ID and a proof of compentency and understanding beyond what you seen on TV.

That's what worries me...I was half way through college when BO was voted in to his first term. All I heard from other folks my age was how refreshing it would be to have someone that wasn't '100 years old in office'...and how they wanted to be a part of history 'electing the first black man'. No substance whatsoever, couldn't tell you BO's political views, just that 'he seemed cooler, and let's be a part of history'. Round 2, I was out of college, and it was nothing but how unfair BO had it his first term, and it was because of all the racists.

Now Hillary has been a household name for what, 2 decades...Kids my age grew up with her. There will be an automatic association to how well Bill did while he was in the big house. And then, I fear, the same this will happen with the younger voters...'I wanna be a part of history and vote in the first woman'.

I'd take this one step farther and say you need to have some skin in the game. You don't own some sort of property, you don't pay taxes, you're just overall not a contributing member to society...you don't vote. I've been an advocate since my Government classes in High school, you take a 20-25 question test at the polls before you vote on the candidates and offices you'll be voting for. You make a passing grade, congrats, you vote. Otherwise GTFO.

LOL HE DID!!!!^^^^^^

Now if only Sarah Palin would run against her...... even if you totally disagree with her politics people would vote Palin over Hillary on looks alone. There is a Palin look-a-like porn star, but even on her best day there will never be a Hillary Clinton look-alike porn star...

well - maybe Ron Jeremy.

Too bad ol' Schwarzenegger isn't eligible. My money would be on The Gonvernator to be the one to beat her.
and what en entertaining campaign that would be.

Exactly, the "be a part of history" BS. The part I don't get is that the same people I know who voted for Obama in 08 voted for Romney in 2012, but somehow Obama won a 2nd term.

What will happen is that Hillary will run and the GOP will put some asshat in there that has no chance of winning but is really damn good at raising money. They he will lose and they will complain about it for another four years when it all happens again.

Let's crawl before we walk..... in the last election the voters that elected Obama in didn't even have pulses, let alone any other requirements.

Just saying.....
