OK, here's what I know:

Used it a few weeks ago, worked fine

Set up to fix a piece this morning, wouldn't work.

Powers on, but when I hit the trigger for wire feed, all I hear is a relay type sound, but no wire feed. Even touched it to the ground with trigger pulled, no arch.

What do I need to look for?

Anyone with knowledge, PM me a number and I will call if that's OK

Time for a Ready Welder...

Take the gun apart, right above the trigger is an egg shaped cap, twist it to unlock it and pull it up toward the nozzle. Slide the innards out, there are two IIRC white wires that connect to the trigger base, make sure both of them are securely connected and not touching each other. If that dont work, your spooling motor is probably DOA.

I am thinking no issues with the gun, since it is sending power to the welder ie: the relay sound inside the welder when you pull the trigger

I am thinking more along the lines of a relay issue or a fuse, guess I am gonna have to open her up.

And no, wire is not welded to the tip. checked that. Even if it was with tensioner unlocked I should see the drive turning.

called the miller tech, no help, he just kept telling me to check what I have already checked, even though I told him I had already checked it.
Sooo, Mrs. Price is taking it to Hickory to James O2. Miller site says they are an onsite service place.

James 02 pretty good folks. They service all our stuff.

BTW, you did wiggle the voltage selector, right? Thats common on the small Millers. (Andy James showed me that!! lol!)
