I have a hole in the passenger side header in my V10 Dodge. It is probably 3/8", right in first bend. I am not sure how it should be fixed and I am certain it is out of my realm of abilities. How should this be fixed? Any recommendation of someone in or around Winston-Salem to do it?

I guess this is a factory style cast steel type?

Is it mild steel or Stainless? I'll assume mild steel and it rusted from inside out to the point where the exhaust had enough force to blow it out on the bend. It can probably be patched as a temp fix (welded in), but I would imagine it will happen elsewhere on other tubes as well pretty soon.

They are mild steel, and yeah it looks like it rusted and the exhaust force blew it out. I have the stock manifolds, I wonder if I should just put them back on.

Put em back on and enjoy the added torque and smoother performance, then wonder why you bought the aftermarket stuff :D

Thinking that new headers may be the best way to go. Any recommendations of a place to put them on for me?
