hole in side wall of 38 tsl

I've got a 38 tsl with a pencil sized hole in the side wall I'm going to be mounting it on a bead lock whats the best way to fix it ... I've heard of innertubes if that's the easiest way where do I find one ... thanks jarred

Vulcanize it. You will have to take it to a place that does semi tires.

I think there is a place off from the exit on I-40 ( not sure on the number) I always heard it called the George's Branch exit. Straight across form where the truck stop is with the buckhorn grill in it, there is a heavy truck tire shop that I have been told does it.
