Does anyone on here have any experience with the Holley Sniper EFI 4 barrel bolt on kit?
I installed the sniper on my AMC 360 bored .060 over making it roughly an 371 ci. I bought the master kit that has everything included. I'm running an HEI distributer with 15 degrees base timing and vacuum advance. I followed the instructions thoroughly. Upon initial start up it idles high around 1,000 rpm's so I adjusted the target idle speed to 750 rpm's on the handheld screen. The ECU learned the idle and its all good on that front. Now the kit has a wideband 02 sensor and asks for a target air fuel ratio of 13.5 - 15. I'm on the lower end of that scale at idle. When I drive the jeep I can only get up to around 2,000 rpm's and the motor acts like its very lean on fuel. the air fuel ratio jumps up to around 16 or 17, the engine looses power, it bucks real hard and the power comes back. It repeats this over and over unless I let off the throttle. I've spoken with Holley's tech service and cannot locate the problem. Any help is appreciated.
